My experience was fabulous! My only complaint was that shuttle ended at midnight and taxi drivers did not want to take you one block p. The suite is more like a one bedroom apartment. I am rearing to return.
We had an amazing stay at Riversuites Hotel at the Battery. The room is big, clean and spacious. And the staff are superb. From the receptionist, housekeeping, breakfast staff. Everyone is very approachable, they are always ready to answer questions we have and wears a smile everytime .
Great big room! Wife and I didn’t love the bed, but just preference. Parking was easy, and we walked to the Fillmore for a show no problem. Free shuttle to casino if you want too. Expect to walk 10-15 minutes to get to a coffee shop or bar.
Booked this place for a wedding down at the casino. Overall loved the place, wish we had booked 2 nights It’s open, cool and modern while still being comfortable. Low key the complimentary drinks and snacks really go a long way for us travelers! I’d only want a fan since the air doesn’t really move. The shower door was a bit leaky. Neither of those things distract from the overall great experience.
Stayed for one night after attending a small gathering and I loved this place. Let’s be clear, it’s not the Four Seasons but for the price and location they have done a really nice job designing this hotel. It gives a modern, contemporary, chic, aesthetic. It’s close to the casino and clubs with parking. The only issue I have is that the parking lot is a walk to the hotel.
I took my husband here with plans to go see a show at the Rivers Casino. The free shuttle back and forth was great. Short wait times and staff was very friendly. The vire from the room was fantastic! Love what they did to this place. The park next to it was nice to walk around and even had a playground for kids. The free snacks and drinks was a great added bonus. We plan to definitely stay here again.
I took 1 star away due to a very large party happening near me. I couldn't tell if it was next door or above me. It was so loud I had to blast my TV to drown it out. They did finally calm down around 11pm. I'm not one to report these things, as I was once young too. Otherwise I loved everything about this place! They have self-parking. They give you complimentary snacks and drinks in your room. They have breakfast, but I didn't have time to check it out. My room was like an apartment. My reservation said I would have. View of the water but I didn't. Very comfy bed. I will give it another try for sure!
First of all let me just say this is the best hotel I have been to in years !!! No exaggeration. Sincerely the highlights never stop! The front desk staff are on point ! Especially Brandon, he was so helpful and profesional! And Salvador and Evelyn are phenomenal ! Simply amazing ! And can’t forget Jasmine so welcoming and so polite! The room is astonishing! Best accommodations I have ever had in a hotel room ! Comfortable bed excellent shower pressure and such a unique feeling and style. I will stay here whenever I come to Philly!
